护心康对动脉粥样硬化兔血清NOS、NO的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Huxinkang on serum concentration of NOS and NO in rabbits with atherosclerosis

摘要 目的研究护心康对动脉粥样硬化兔血清NOS、NO浓度的影响。方法将家兔随机分为正常对照组6只,模型组、辛伐他汀组及护心康组各10只,除正常对照组普通饲料喂养外,其他组以高脂饲料喂养,建立动脉粥样硬化兔模型。12周造模成功后药物干预四周。16周后检测血脂、ELISA法检测血清NO及NOS浓度。结果模型组家兔血清TC、LDL-C明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05);护心康组血清TC和LDL-C低于模型组(P<0.05);辛伐他汀组家兔血清HDL-C低于模型组(P<0.05)。与正常对照组相比,其他三组家兔血清NOS、NO浓度降低(P<0.05),辛伐他汀组与护心康组的家兔血清NOS、NO水平均高于模型组(P<0.05),但两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论护心康能降低血脂,增加血清NOS、NO浓度,进而调节血管张力,保护血管内皮,从而有效防治动脉粥样硬化。 Objective To study the effect of Huxinkang on serum concentration of NOS and NO in rabbits with atherosclero-sis. Methods Domestic rabbits were randomly divided into normal control group ( n = 6), model control group ( n = 10),simvastatin group ( n = 10) and Huxinkang group ( n = 10). The rabbits in the normal control group was given normal diet,while those in the other three groups were fed with high fat diet for 12 weaks to establish rabbit models of atherosclerosis. Thena 4 - week drug intervention was conducted. Finally, blood lipids and serum concentration of NO and NOS were detected byELISA. Results The levels of TC and LDL- C were significantly higher in the model control group than in the normal con-trol group ( P 〈 0.05). The levels of TC and LDL- C in the Huxinkang group were lower than those in the model control group(P〈0.05). The level of I-IDL- C in the simvastatin group was lower than that in the model control group (P〈0. 05). Ascompared with the normal control group, the serum concentration of NOS and NO of the other three groups was decreased (P 〈0.05). The serum levels of NOS and NO in the simvastatin group and Huxinkang group were not statistically different (P 〉0.05), but both higher than those in the model control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Huxinkang can reduce blood lipids,increase serum concentration of NOS and NO, regulate vascular tension and protect vascular endothelinm, thus it can prevent andtreat atherosclerosis effectively.
