摘要
新常态下,我国经济发展逐渐从要素驱动、投资驱动转向创新驱动,对我国高校人才培养提出了新的要求。应用型创新人才是一个具有丰富时代色彩的概念,有着微观的层次定位区别。应厘清应用型创新人才的准确内涵,建立现代大学制度,创新产学研合作模式,建立应用型创新人才质量评价体系,构建以培养学生创新能力为导向的"一个核心+两个体系"教学框架,以探索应用型创新人才培养路径。
China's economy is gradually developing from factor-driven and investment-driven into innovation-driv- en, which requires new demands for talents cultivation of higher-education institutions. The Applied Innovative Talent is a creative concept full of the characteristics of the new era, with the micro-level positioning difference. We should clarify the exact connotation, establish a modern university system, innovate a cooperative creation-learning-research model, establish a quality-evaluation system, and construct an ability-oriented "one-core & two-system" teaching framework so as to explore the approach to cultivate applied innovative talents.
