高职院校思想政治教育模式探析

高职院校思想政治教育模式要以学生为主体,创新教育理念、转变教育主客体关系、实现从"政治人"到"现实人"的转变。培养能适应生产、建设、管理、服务第一线需要的,德、智、体、美等方面全面发展的高等技术应用型专门人才,要以人生导航和成才教育为主线,以学习为中心,以实践为抓手,以就业为导向,以素质能力教育为主体,以职业生涯设计和就业指导为两翼的综合性教育模式。

Ideological and political education mode of higher vocational colleges should take the student as the main body and innovate education concept.The relationship between subject and object should be changed, as well as the trangformation between political man and realistic man should be realized.We should train advanced professional talents with full development of morality, wisdom, physique and aesthetics to meet the need of production, construc- tion, management and service.We must adopt the comprehensive education mode which takes the study as the focus, the practice as the medium, the employment as the direction, the capacity education as the main body and the em- ployment design and guidance as the two supports.
