摘要
近年来国家、各高校对家庭经济困难学生的资助工作越来越重视,家庭经济困难学生的认定作为资助工作的基础显得尤为重要。本文以中国海洋大学为研究对象,重点分析了认定方法的合理性及其存在问题,介绍了中国海洋大学现行的以学生自主申请评价为基础、多级审批困难生的认定方法,并提出合理化建议。
In recent years, both the country and the universities attach more importance to the financial assistance to the students with economic difficulties. Therefore, the identification of students with financial difficulties is the pre- requisite and basis for handling the subsidizing work. This paper focuses on the rationality and problems of the iden- tifying method, introduces the present applying method in Ocean University of China, which is based on the evaluation of students' independent application and verified by multiple levels, and provides the reasonable suggestions and advice.
