摘要
高职法律文秘专业旨在为法律服务机构、企事业单位以及基层政府培养既懂法律又具有文秘技能的应用型复合人才。但传统的人才培养模式存在很多弊端,已经越来越难以适应形势发展的需要,由此造成所培养出来的人才创新能力不强,缺乏勤于思考、敢于怀疑、勇于创新的思想和能力。要解决这些问题,必须对人才培养模式进行改革。本文基于此出发点,对于高职院校法律文秘专业如何培养创新型人才提供了思路探索。
Legal secretary major of higher vocational college is designed to provide compound and practical tal- ents with legal and secretarial skills for legal service organizations, enterprises and institutions as well as the local government. However, given the disadvantages of traditional personnel training mode, it is difficult to meet the needs of developing situations. Thus, the talents' innovation ability is poor, who are incapable of thinking, doubting and in- novating. To solve these problems, it is necessary to reform the training mode of talents. In this paper, the ways to cultivate innovative talents majoring in Legal secretary are provided.
