摘要
双语教学对于高素质综合性人才、高等教育培养国际化具有非同寻常的意义。但中国高校双语教学刚刚起步处于摸索阶段,双语教学教师的能力则是其提升的关键所在。鉴于我国高校双语教师教学胜任力评价体系的缺失,本文分析、参考国内外高校胜任力评价体系,结合中国双语教学的现状,尝试着构架高校双语教师教学胜任力评价体系,以期作为双语教师测评和选拔依据。
Bihngual teaching is of extraordinary significance on the internationalization of high quality and com- prehensive talents and higher education training. However, bilingual teaching in Chinese universities is in the explo- ration stage, the ability of bilingual teachers plays an important part in the improvement of bilingual teaching. In view of the lack of the evaluation system for bilingual teachers' teaching competence in Chinese universities, this pa- per analyzes and combines the present situation of bilingual teaching at home and abroad, and tries to establish the frame of bilingual teachers' competency evaluation system in colleges and universities.
