关于房地产专业理论与实践教学一体化模式的探究

随着我国经济的快速发展,使得我国的房地产行业获得巨大的发展空间,近几年城市化进程不断推进,人们对于房屋的需求逐渐提高,房地产行业成为了我国国民经济的重要组成部分。高校开设房地产专业主要是为了培养全面发展并具备良好的经济和管理学理论知识,能够系统掌握房地产经营管理学科理论和技能,全面理解学科的内容,有经、管、法和一定的工程技术知识结构的人才。高校房地产专业的学生在毕业后,能够在政府机关等行政事业单位、房地产开发经营和房地产咨询、物业管理、各类金融机构等胜任与土地和房地产行政管理、房地产金融、房地产价格评估等工作,也能够胜任在教学和科研机构给从事与房地产相关的教学和科研工作。本文就房地产专业理论与实践教学一体化模式进行了深入的探究。

China＇s booming economic development has been fostering the growth of this country＇s real estate in- dustry. The demand for housing is at steady pace of increase as the urbanization progresses. The real estate industry thus has become a major driving force for this country＇s economy. The purpose to set the major of real estate in u- niversities and colleges is to cultivate tomorrow talents with comprehensive understanding of economy and business administration, to arm them with the ability to systematically master the skills regarding real estate management, so that these group of young talents can fully comprehend the major knowledge and be equipped with all-round under- standing of economy, business administration, law, and engineering. Graduates are expected to serve in a wide range of professions, including government-related public services, management and consulting for real estate developers, property management, financial institutions,etc. And the graduates are competent for teaching and scientific research related to real estate. In this paper, the integrative model of real estate theory and practical teaching is presented.
