口腔医学本科生手工技能大赛参赛体验的质性研究

目的:探讨口腔医学本科生参加手工技能大赛的感受及收获,总结和固化大赛对学生产生的积极作用。方法:运用质性研究的焦点团体访谈法,对四川医科大学口腔医学院参加手工技能大赛并获奖的17名口腔医学本科生进行小组访谈,对所得资料进行质性分析。结果:手工技能大赛提升了学生解决问题的能力;创新意识、团结协作、坚持不懈、自信与勇气被认为是作品取得成功的关键因素;技能大赛深化了学生对专业内涵和职业精神的理解。结论:手工技能大赛有助于提升口腔医学生的思想意识和综合素质,巩固口腔医学生专业思想,提升口腔医学专业人才培养质量,有较强的推广应用价值。

Objective： This paper will investigate the feelings of the stomatology major students after they partici- pate in the manual skills competition and will summarize the competition＇s positive effects on students. Methods： The focus group interviews of qualitative research are used in this study and 17 stomatology major students from Sichuan Medical University who participate in the competition and win awards are interviewed and the related interview results are analyzed. Results： The manual skills competition has enhanced the students＇ ability of solving problems. Innovation consciousness, unity and cooperation, perseverance, confidence and courage are considered as the key factors of suc- cess in the competition. Conclusion： The manual skills competition is helpful to improve the students＇ ideological awareness and comprehensive quality, consolidate their professional ideas and improve the quality of dental medical professionals which boasts high promotion value.
