在高校辅导员职业化、专业化发展趋势下,迫切需要分析高校专业教师担任兼职辅导员工作的重要性。作者概述了高校辅导员职业能力结构层次,总结了其开展工作中存在的主要问题:在兼职辅导员工作中,存在胜任力与职业能力发展需求不相适应的一面,兼职辅导员既有优势,也存在劣势。针对兼职辅导员工作,有针对性的提出与时俱进,注重科研能力的提高、提升综合素质,构建兼职辅导员职业能力体系、建立兼职辅导员教育培训体系,推行奖惩体制几点建设兼职辅导员队伍的建议。
