"治理现代化"是党的十八届三中全会的重要理论创新,也是中国现代管理理论新学科的实质性内容。"治理现代化"不仅是中国现代管理理论的宗旨与实质,是其理论形式和实现方式,而且上升到了"完善和发展中国特色社会主义制度"的战略高度,成为"全面深化改革的总目标"重要构成内容。深刻理解中国现代管理理论的实质内容有助于客观认识和把握中国现代化建设及其管理的实践意义,有助于深化并提升治理现代化理论层面的设计,有助于推进并落实"四个全面"的总布局与总战略。
