摘要
自2006年国际快递巨头全线进入中国市场后,我国快递业竞争更趋激烈。在系统分析我国快递行业现状的基础上,从投递网络、产品价格、服务质量等方面研究了制约我国快递企业竞争力提高的关键因素,并提出抢占国内异地快递业务、战略联盟整合行业资源、开发增值产品、加大关键资源投入等提高我国快递企业竞争力的发展策略。
The China's express delivery industry has become more competitive since 2006, for the international express deliver), giants all entered the Chinese market. Based on the system analysis of current situation of China's express industry, this paper studies the key elements, such as delivery network, product price and quality of service, which limit to improve the competitive- ness of express delivery companies. And it proposes some strategies to enhance the competitiveness of China's express delivery business, for instance, preempt the domestic offsite express services, strategic alliances to integrate industry resources, develop value-added products and increase investment in key resources so on.
