浅析新疆大型钢铁企业厂区道路运输的优化策略——以S钢铁企业为例

Analyses the Optimization Tactics of Factory Road Transport of the Large-scale Iron and Steel in Xinjiang——The S Iron and Steel Enterprises

以S钢铁企业为研究对象,在分析厂区道路运输系统现状的基础上,针对道路运输系统存在的不合理运输现象、装卸等待时间长及车辆利用率低等问题,提出应用循环甩挂运输组织模式,车流量二次分配及构建综合运输体系等优化措施,增强厂区运输流动的合理性,把握更多节支增效的机会。

In S steel companies for the study, based on analysis of the plant status quo on the road transport system, road trans-portation system for the existence of the phenomenon of irrational transport, loading and unloading of vehicles waiting for a long time and low utilization issue, cyclic rejection hanging transport organization mode, secondary distribution and construction traffic optimization measures integrated transport system, and enhanced rationality to grasp more opportunities for efficiency savings facto- ry transport flows.
