家电制造企业绿色供应链环境绩效指标体系构建研究--以广东顺德为例

A Study on Environmental Performance Indicators for Green Supply Chain Management in Home Appliances Manufacturing Enterprises——The Case of Shunde in Guangdong

面对日益严格的环保法令,顺德家电制造企业实施绿色供应链管理,包括绿色设计、绿色采购、绿色生产、绿色运输和逆向物流,其中"绿色"程度取决于企业环境绩效评价结果。应用层次分析法(AHP),建立层次结构模型,并确定指标要素的权重,以构建顺德家电制造企业绿色供应链环境绩效评价指标体系;最后结合顺德某家电制造企业加以运用。

Increasingly strict environmental laws and regulations require home electrical appliances manufacturing enterprises in Shunde to construct green supply chain, from design, procurement, manufacturing, transportation, recycling discarded. And environmental performance throughout the supply chain must be assessed and meet environmental requirements. Applying analytic hierarchy process （AHP） a hierarchical model has been built of green supply chain environmental performance indicators for home appliance manufacturers in Shunde. and the weight of the heavy layers of index factors has been calculated and determined, a case has been given combined Shunde household electrical apphance manufacturers.
