物流业新常态下提高报关与国际货运专业人才培养质量的研究

Study on Improving Talents Cultivation Quality of Customs Declaration and International Freight Specialty in New Normality of Logistics Industry

物流业新常态下,物流企业转型升级对高职教育提出了提高人才培养质量的迫切要求,亟待高职院校增强专业人才支撑。文章深入分析了物流业新常态下转型升级企业核心业务领域和主要岗位群对职业能力提出的更高要求,以广东交通职业技术学院报关与国际货运专业为例,提出了提高人才培养质量的一系列专业改革措施,介绍了提高人才培养质量的实践成效。结果显示,专业改革显著增强了学生的职业能力和就业质量,为物流企业转型升级增强了人才支撑,同时显著改进了专业教学质量,增强了专业团队教学研究能力。

In new normality of logistics industry, industry transformation and upgrading makes urgent requirement on higher vocational education to improve the quality of talents cultivation. The paper first analyzes higher requirement on vocational abilities from core business area and major positions group under logistics industry transformation and upgrading in the new normality. Taking customs declaration and international freight specialty of Guangdong Communication Polytechnic for an example, it proposes a series of measures for improving the quality of talents cultivation, and introduces the practical effectiveness. The results indicate that the reform effectively strengthens students＂ vocational ＂abilities and employment quality and enhances talents support for regional industry transformation and upgrading. It also significantly improves teaching quality of the specialty and teaching research abilities of the specialty team.
