中美稀土产品出口技术复杂度与价格贸易条件——基于2000-2013年数据的实证分析

Technological Level and Terms of Trade of Sino-America Based on the Data of Rare-earth Industry from 2000-2013

2000-2013年间,得益于中国稀土产品出口结构的优化,中国稀土产品的出口技术复杂度大多数年份要高于美国。减少中国稀土产品的相对出口数量、提高出口技术复杂度有助于改善中美双边价格贸易条件,且出口技术复杂度的影响程度更高。外部冲击对价格贸易条件、出口技术复杂度与出口数量均有负面影响,且对中国的影响要比美国大。原有技术基础对稀土产品出口技术复杂度的影响很大,现有技术基础差不利于稀土产品出口技术含量的提高,现有技术基础好有利于稀土产品出口技术含量的进一步提高。

Owing than that of America to promoted export structure,the technological level of Chinese rare-earth is higher during 2000 to 2013. Decreasing the export quantity of Chinese rare-earth and pro- moting the technological level can both improve the terms of trade between China and America. What＇s more,the impact of technological level is bigger than that of export quantity. Outer impacts have negative effect on terms of trade,export technology level and export quantity. And this phenomenon is more serious in China. Low technology foundation is bad for promoting the export technic of rare-earth while high exist- ing technology foundation is ~ood for oromoting the exhort technic of rare-earth.
