摘要
课程改革是促进新建本科院校从理念转型走向实质转型的重要途径,而课程改革的有效实施有赖于课程管理改革保驾护航。改革课程管理,需要从正确理解"课程管理"的内涵、分析转型背景下新建本科院校应用型课程的特点入手,实现管理目标时代化,树立应用型课程观;实现管理体制系统化,发挥基层教学组织的能动性;实现管理主体多元化,形成学术组织的松散联合;实现管理方式信息化,实行大数据管理等。
Curriculum reform is an important means to improve newly-established colleges t^om educational philosophy transition to substantial management transition. Meanwhile, it can not be achieved without the support of effective curriculum management measures. By analyzing the connotation of "curriculum management" and the characteristics of application-oriented curricula, this paper holds that curriculum management reform should aim at modernizing the management objectives to establish the concept of application-oriented curricula. Moreover, sys- tematic management needs to be achieved to promote the initiative from the basic teaching organizations;multiple subject management needs to be realized to achieve the loose unity of different academic organizations. Finally, in- formation-based management mode should be built to set up data-based managing system.
