论教师开展自我研究提升发展自觉

On the Promotion of Teachers' Development Consciousness Through Self-study

摘要 基于我国国情、未来教育发展和教师自身发展的需要,自我研究作为教师一种重要的学习手段和专业发展方式,对提升教师的发展自觉具有重要作用。教师开展自我研究提升发展自觉需要强化教师的专业身份,提升教师的问题意识,提高教师的理论水平,提供相关制度保障。 According to Chinese national conditions,and the needs of the future education development and teachers' personal development,self-study is an important means of study and the way of professional development. It is essential to the promotion of the teachers' development consciousness. It requires the enhancement of the teachers' professional identity,the promotion of the teachers' awareness of questions and the provision of the related systems guarantee.
