摘要
民国时期的大学教师人性化管理主要体现在以下几个方面:以教师为本的管理理念,即视教师为大学组织最核心的资源和实现组织目标的关键因素;以激发教师尽展其才为管理目标,让教师在实现教书育人的个人愿景和育才强国的共同愿景的双赢中实现自己的人生价值;以教师的需要为导向的管理原则,关注教师需要的多样性和主导性,以满足实现自我需要为主;采取刚柔相济、以柔为主的管理方法,以激励式管理和自控型管理为主,以惩罚式管理和他控型管理为辅。
This paper discusses the human-based management of the college faculty during the period of the Republic of China.
