摘要
为研究农业院校高水平运动员肠道菌群区系与身体素质的关系,解决运动性胃肠综合征问题,提高运动员的竞技水平,通过采集山东农大不同来源运动员的新鲜粪样,对胃肠道正常菌群进行分离鉴定,并对分离的优势菌乳酸杆菌进行16 Sr RNA分析;同时将正常菌群优势菌研制成口服液,安全性检测合格后用于受试者,连续服用10 d,每日1次,观察运动员胃肠道菌群的变化及其与身体素质的关系。结果表明:运动员肠道中的优势菌群为乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌、消化球菌和肠球菌,且异性之间肠道正常菌群平均值差异显著(P〈0.05),同性不同区域之间差异不显著(P〉0.05);对4株乳酸杆菌嗜酸乳杆菌Lactobacillus acidophilus、卷曲乳杆菌Lactobacillus crispatus、鼠李糖乳杆菌Lactobacillus rhamnosus和唾液乳杆菌Lactobacillus salivarius16Sr RNA检测分析,并与Genbank上公布的序列分析,同源性分别为99.2%,99.1%,99.8%和98.9%。受试运动员服用微生态制剂后,胃肠功能、运动持久力、抗感冒的能力均明显增强,抗疲劳能力增强0.7~1.1 h。由此可见运动员肠道菌群区系与身体素质关系密切,坚持服用微生态制剂可以明显提高运动员的运动能力,解决运动性胃肠综合征问题,为提高运动员的水平提供理论依据。
For studying Agricultural universities' high-level athletes intestinal flora fauna and physical relationship, solving the problem of gastrointestinal motility syndrome, improving the competitive level of athletes, we collect the fresh fecal samples of athletes from Shandong Agricultural University to isolate and identify the normal flora of the gastrointestinal tract.Lactobacillus, the normal flora dominant bacteria are conducted for 16 Sr RNA analysis and developed into oral liquid. After safety testing, it used to subjects, taking for 10 days, once a day before lunch, observe the relationship between the changes in athletes' gastrointestinal flora and their physical quality. The results show that the dominant flora in athletes' intestinal are Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, Peptococcus and Enterococcus, and the average of normal intestinal flora between heterosexual has a significant difference(P〈0.05), but the difference between different regions of the same sex is not significant(P〉0.05).The four strains of Lactobacillus acidophilus、Lactobacillus crispatus、Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Lactobacillus salivarius are conducted for 16 Sr RNA detection and analysis and compare with the sequence in Genbank: the homology are 99.2 %, 99.1 %, 99.8% and 98.9%. After taking probiotics, the gastrointestinal function, exercise endurance and the ability to anti-cold of tested athletes are all enhanced significantly. Besides, the resistance to fatigue is enhanced for0.7-1.1 h. Those show that the intestinal flora fauna of athletes and their physical quality have a close relation. Insisting on taking probiotics can improve the athletes' athletic ability significantly and solve the problem of gastrointestinal motility syndrome. Besides, it can provide a theoretical basis for improving the level of athletes.
