云蒙湖水体富营养化综合防治技术模式及实施措施 被引量:5

摘要 针对我国湖泊普遍存在富营养化的问题,依据国内外研究资料,结合云蒙湖及其流域实际,构建了以流域为单元,以生态农业、环保产业和清洁生产为先导,以优化集成已有先进成熟的防治技术措施为手段,以切实有效地防治内外污染源、保障湖泊水体清洁安全为重点,以生态文明为目标的云蒙湖水体富营养化综合防治技术模式,并提出了相应的实施思路、方式和技术措施,旨在为防治湖泊水体富营养化,确保用水安全,实现区域社会、经济、资源、生态环境的协调发展提供科学依据。 With regard to the main problems of lake eutrophication in China, based on domestic and foreign research data,combining with the Yunmeng Lake and its situation, a mode of the integrated control against eutrophication in lake was set up by taking river basin as a unit, ecological agriculture and environmental protection industry and cleaner production as the guide, optimal integration of advanced technical measures as means, effectively prevent and control pollution sources and ensure water security as a key, ecological civilization as a goal, and the corresponding implementation of ideas, methods and technical measures design to combat lake eutrophication were put forward. The ultimate aim is to provide certain scientific basis for the prevention and control lake eutrophication and ensure water security and the coordinated development of regional society, economy, resources and ecological environment.
