摘要
建立了一种快速检测露酒中乙醇含量的新方法——固定化乙醇氧化酶电极生物传感分析法。采用在恒定容积的反应池样品室内,将乙醇氧化酶与露酒中的乙醇发生专一性的反应,产生的过氧化氢在电极表面上发生电子转移,内置电子元件将电信号转变为数字信号,即可准确快捷方便地实现乙醇的定量。通过与实际值进行对比,3次平行测定的实验误差均在0.2%之内,证明该方法的准确性和精确性,可应用于露酒中乙醇含量的检测。
A new technology for fast detection of ethanol content in liqueur, immobilized ethanol oxidase biological sensing electrode analysis,has been developed. In liqueur sample reaction tank at constant volume, ethanol oxidase reacted with ethanol in liqueur, and the produced hydrogen peroxide generated electron transfer on electrode surface, and the built-in electronic components turned electrical signals into digital signals, which could achieve ethanol quantification accurately and conveniently. Compared with the actual values, the experimental errors in three parallel determination were within 0.2 %, which proved the accuracy and precision of such technology. This technology could be applied to the detection of ethanol content in liqueur.
