从文献分析看我国黄酒产业的发展态势

Development Trend of Chinese Yellow Rice Wine Based on Documentary Analysis

黄酒是一种古老的酿造酒,由于酒度低、富含营养素、具有保健功能而深受消费者青睐。近年来,国家倡导健康饮酒的消费理念,在政策上给予大力扶持,使得黄酒产业发展迅速。以CNKI数据库为基础,通过文献计量分析方法,综述了我国黄酒文献资源的区域分布特点、年度量、机构、技术类型等,为黄酒行业的健康发展提供了文献依据,并对黄酒的市场前景进行了展望。

Yellow rice wine has a long history and it is favored by consumers because of its low alcohol content, rich nutrition, and healthcare functions. In recent years, Chinese government has advocated the consumption concept of healthy drinking and offered a strong support in policies which propelled rapid development of yellow rice wine industry. In this paper, based on CNKI database, the regions distribution characteristics, annual volume, institutions, and technical types of yellow rice wine document resources were analyzed by literature measurement analysis methods, which could provide literature basis for sound development of yellow rice wine industry. Besides, the market prospects of yellow rice wine was discussed.
