氨基改性不规则分子筛吸附CO_2性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过浸渍的方法将合成的超支化大分子聚酰胺胺(PAMAM G0.5~G2.0)负载到不规则分子筛(DMS)上制备循环使用稳定的CO_2吸附剂。利用核磁共振、X-射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FTIR)、BET等分析方法对材料进行了表征,采用动态吸附法对材料的CO_2吸附-脱附性能进行了测定,研究了聚合物代数、负载量和温度对吸附性能的影响。其中DMS-P1(50)吸附材料经过8次的循环吸附脱附,在100%和10%CO_2气氛中吸附量分别为124.8和76.3mg·g^(-1),维持了98.7%和94%的吸附性能,具有优良的CO_2吸附性能和循环稳定性。 Polyamidoamine( PAMAM ) dendnmer-modified disordered mesoporous silica ( DMS ) adsorbent .with enhanced recycling stability was developed by impregnating PAMAM dendrimer( G 1.0 and G 2. 0) on DMS. Physiochemical and adsorption properties of the adsorbents were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(}-TIR) and N2 adsorption/ desorption test(BET). Parameters that influence the C02 adsorption capacity of the adsorbents, including generation of the dendrim- er, dendrimer loading level and temperature were investigated. After 8 runs, the developed DMS-P1 (50)adsorbent showed adsorption capacity of 124. 8 and 76. 3 mg.g-1 ,remaining 98.7% and 94% of its original value in pure and 10% CO2 ,respectively, exhibiting enhanced adsorption capacity and recycling stability.
