摘要
利用注射用磷霉素钠与百里酚蓝在乙醇介质发生荷移反应,建立了荷移分光光度法测定注射用磷霉素钠含量的方法。结果表明,荷移反应生成3∶1型配合物,最大吸收波长为441 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为ε=9.21×103L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),注射用磷霉素钠测定线性范围为0.123~22.53 mg·L^(-1),线性回归方程为A=0.2070+0.03158C(C为mg·L^(-1)),用拟定的方法对注射用磷霉素钠进行了含量测定,结果与文献方法一致,平均回收率99.4%。
A speetrophotometric method was established for the determination of fosfomyein sodium for injection base on its charge- transfer reaction with thymol blue in ethanol solution. The experimental results showed that the complex composition ratio is 3:1, the apparent molar absorption coefficient is 9. 21×10^3 L-mol^-1·cm^-l at maximum absorption wavelength 441 nm, and the linear range of fosfomyein sodium is 0. 123 - 22. 53mg·L^-l and the linear equation is A =0. 2070+0. 03158C( C,mg. L^-1). The method was applied to the determination of fosfomycin sodium for injection and the results were consistent with the literature reported with average recovery of 99.4%.
