异步快速浮选流程分选某难选铜铅锌多金属矿 被引量:3

摘要 青海某复杂铜铅锌多金属硫化矿中各矿物嵌布粒度极细,共生关系密切,常规的选矿工艺很难实现各有用矿物的有效分离。研究对比分析了优先混浮及混合浮选流程对该矿石选矿指标的优劣,并结合方铅矿特有的浮选性质及浮选动力学试验结果,创造性地提出了铜优先浮选-铅异步快速浮选-铅锌硫混浮-铅锌与硫分离的工艺流程,在大量的对比试验和条件试验的基础上,全流程闭路试验获得了优于常规浮选流程的选矿指标,为企业创造了更大的经济效益。 The dissemination particle sizes of a complex copper-lead-zinc polymetallic ore are of very fine, and it has a close associated relationship with each other which leads to that the conventional beneficiation process is difficult to achieve an effective separating effect of each mineral. The research analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of effects between selective flotation and bulk flotation, then proposed the technological process including preferential flotation of copper-lead asynchronous speedy flotation-lead, zinc and sulphur bulk flotation-separation between lead, zinc and sulphur creatively combined with the inherent optical property of galena and results of flotation kinetics. The whole closed circuit test obtained beneficiation indexes superior to conventional flotation,which created more benefits for the enterprise.
