中韩FTA签署背景下青岛市的先行效应研究

The Leading Effect of Qingdao Based on the Background of the Signing of China-Korea FTA

2015年6月1日,中韩两国就自由贸易协定(FTA)正式签署中英文协议。中韩FTA的签署将使两国经贸、政治、文化关系提升到一个新的高度。中韩签署FTA具有多重价值,包括双边、区域和全球价值。得益于先天的地理条件,青岛是中国东部城市中与韩国经贸往来密切的城市。中韩FTA达成后,更多的韩国商品和企业进驻青岛,人员往来会更加频繁,双方贸易和投资规模将大大增加。青岛应抓住良好机遇,借助中韩FTA签署的良好时机,采取措施推动青岛企业走出去,并促进实现先行效应,与韩国经贸发展迈上新台阶,最终实现产业结构的升级。

China and South Korea signed Chinese and English agreements of free trade agreement （FTA） on 1st June of 2015. The signing of China-Korea FTA will can promote the mutual economic, political, and cultural relations to a new height. It has multiple values, including bilateral, regional and global value. Benefit from the natural geographical conditions, Qingdao has always been China＇s open door towards South Korea. Once China-Korea FTA is achieved, the goods and enterprises from South Korean will flow in Qingdao, the personnel exchanges will become more frequent, the size of mutual trade and investment will increase greatly. Therefore, Qingdao should seize the favorable opportunity to promote a leading effect in China and realize the upgrade of industrial structure finally.
