摘要
TC11合金是良好的马氏体型两相钛合金。本文研究了轧制时开坯换向前变形量对TC11厚板组织及性能的影响,数据分析发现,不同开坯换向前变形量对成品板材组织无明显影响,当开坯换向前变形量在8%时其力学性能及冲击性能达到峰值。
TC11 alloy is a Martensite -type two -phase titanium alloy.Effect of deformation rate of first processing before cross -rolling on microstructure and mechanical property of TC11 titanium plate was studied.The result shows that different deformation rates before cross -rolling have no effect on micro-structure of finished plates,and the mechanical and impact property reach peak when the deformation rate is 8% before cross -rolling in the first processing.
