食品的包装过程是一个再生产过程,可能会引入污染及对环境造成二次污染,这是绿色食品包装过程中必须考虑的。绿色包装又称无公害包装和环境之友包装,是指对生态环境和人类健康无害能重复使用和再生符合可持续发展的包装。近年来,随着人们生活质量的提高,人们对食品包装材料要求越来越高,因此,新型的环保包装材料更加受到重视。目前应用最多的是纸质包装材料,可降解包装材料,可食性包装材料和其他新型材料,使用绿色材料包装食品可提高食品安全性,保护人类健康,保护环境。对社会可持续发展起着重要作用。
Food packaging is a process of reproduction. It must be considered that food packaging may introduce pollution and cause secondary environmental pollution. Green package, also known as pollution-free package and environmental friendly package, refers to the package that accords with the concept of sustainable development which is harmless to ecological environment and human health, and is reused and recycled. In re- cent years, with improved quality of life, the quality requirement of food packaging ma- terial is higher and higher. Therefore, the new environmental protection packaging ma- terial is being paid more attention. At present, the most widely used is paper packaging material, biodegradable packaging material, edible packaging material and other innovative material. The food used green material can improve food security, protect human health, and protect environment. It plays an important role for social sustainable development.
