鞍钢高炉冲渣水溢流问题的分析与控制

摘要 鞍钢股份有限公司炼铁总厂高炉冲渣工艺多样、复杂,针对不同的高炉冲渣工艺特点,分析了影响高炉冲渣水溢流的问题,提出了改进措施,实现了高炉冲渣水内部动态平衡,逐步实现高炉冲渣水的零排放。 Several kinds of slag flushing processes are being used by blast furnace in General Ironmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co., Ltd., indicating that these processes are complicated and varied. So according to different characteristics of these processes, all those problems which can influence the overflow of slag flushing water was analyzed and thus improvement measures were proposed. After these measures are taken the internal dynamic balance for the slag flushing water is achieved so that the zero emission of the slag flushing water can also be gradually achieved.
