摘要
城乡教师发展不均衡的重要原因体现在经济资本、文化资本与社会资本不均衡这三个层面。其中,城乡二元制度、分配政策不合理及补偿机制缺乏是导致双方经济资本不均衡的重要原因;以习惯状态存在的持久文化"性情"、以客观状态存在的文化商品和以体制状态存在的文凭是双方文化资本不均衡的重要原因;人际关系的不对称、互惠关系的不对称、信任关系的不对称等导致了双方社会资本的不均衡。
The unbalanced development of teachers living in urban areas and in the country results mainly from three aspects,namely,unbalanced economic capital,cultural capital and social capital,among which, the discrepancy of economic capital between the two groups can be attributed to the dualistic system of urban and rural areas,the unreasonable distribution policy and the lack of compensation mechanism. The imbalance of culture capital can be ascribed to the habitually-lasting culture disposition,the objectively-existing culture commodity and the diploma existing in its institutional form. Finally,the gap of the social capital lies in the a-symmetrical situation of human relationships,reciprocal relationships and mutual trust,etc.
