摘要
在网络教育中,充满人性化、个性化的在线辅导是衡量远程教育教学质量高低的重要因素。笔者分析了在线辅导的内涵,指出了目前远程开放教育在线辅导存在教师任务繁重,学员对在线学习的认识不足,课程资源缺乏个性化和教学缺乏制约性,辅导教师对学生缺乏全程监控等问题,并在学校教学管理、教师教学设计等方面提出了改进建议。
In network education, full of humanity, personalized online tutoring is an important factor of measuring dis- tance education teaching quality. The article has analyzed the connotation of online tutoring, and points out the open and distance education online tutoring teacher assignments, students for lack of awareness of online learning, course resources lack of personalized and conditionality, tutors for students lack of the whole monitoring, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
