摘要 在研究Ether CAT协议栈,以及Ether CAT的软、硬件结构特性和帧结构特点的基础上,分析了Ether CAT工业以太网存在的通信故障错误,及其对应的安全通信机制措施,建立了安全系统体系结构和安全通信协议模型,设计了Ether CAT功能安全通信过程,开发了安全协议层软件。经过试验测试表明,通过在Ether CAT应用层之上添加Ether CAT安全通信,并且对Ether CAT通信报文中用户数据单元进行扩展,来实现关键安全措施,满足了安全相关领域通信的要求,保障了Ether CAT系统的安全性和可靠性。 Under the study of Ether CAT protocol stack and the characteristics of softw are,hardw are and frame of Ether CAT,w e analyzed communication faults and errors in the industrial ethernet and the counter safety communication mechanism measures,established the safety system architecture and safety communication protocol model,designed the Ether CAT safety communication process,and developed safety protocol layer softw are. As the result of experimental test show s,by adding Ether CAT safety layer upon application layer and safety measures into user data unit w ith some critical safety measures,w e made the protocol meet the safety requirements of communication related fields and guarantee the Ether CAT system safety and reliability.
