文章将"十五"规划前后上海市级医院基建项目的投资管理进行了对比,并结合不同阶段各个因素对于整个项目投资影响的规律,从控制体系、造价标准、重点阶段的控制措施三个方面详细介绍了投资控制的具体措施。
The article compares the Shanghai Municipal Hospital infrastructure investment management before and after the tenth five-year plan; combining the patterns that factors of different stages may impact the entire investment, introduces detailed measures from control system, cost standard and control measures of key stages.
