摘要
设计并实现了以FPGA芯片为核心的纯电动汽车热泵型空调控制器。利用开发工具SOPC Builder构建Nios II软核微处理器,完成了片上系统的硬件设计,在Nios II IDE平台上完成了软件设计。借助Matlab软件,建立了温度模糊控制模型,不但提高了控制系统的鲁棒性,而且可以使汽车空调能够在各种季节进行全自动调节。系统运行证明,基于SOPC实现的纯电动汽车热泵型空调控制器,使得空调系统运行可靠,温控精度达到±0.5℃,且具有可移植性强的特点,为热泵型电动汽车空调系统的推广应用奠定基础。
Pure electric vehicle heat pump air conditioning controller which uses FPGA as the core is designed and realized.Using development tools SOPC builder to builtd Nios II soft core microprocessor,the hardware design of system on chip,and the software design on Nios II IDE platfonn are completed,the temperature fuzzy control model with Matlab software is established.Not only the robustness of the control system is improved,but also the vehicle air conditioning can be fully automatic adjusted in all seasons.The result shows that the pure electric vehicle heat pump air conditioning controller based on SOPC makes air conditioning system run reliable,and temperature control precision can reach ±0.5 ℃,has strong portability,laying the foundation for the promotion and application of heat pump electric vehicle air conditioning systems.
