摘要
冲击波压力测量常采用的压电式ICP传感器及高阻输出型冲击波压力传感器低频特性较差,不适宜采用静态校准,针对该问题提出了基于"比对式"的准静态校准方法。介绍了准静态"比对式"校准原理,分析了压力脉宽的选取依据,组建了标准压力监测系统,提出了精度要求,探讨了基于"比对式"准静态校准的冲击波压力测量系统的量传途径。利用落锤液压标定装置,对典型冲击波压力传感器进行准静态校准实验,获得了该传感系统的灵敏度、线性度及重复性。
Piezoelectric ICP sensor and high output resistance sensor usually used in the measurement of shock wave pressure have poor low-frequency characteristics,which are not suitable for static calibration.Thus,the quasi static calibration method is proposed.The quasi-static calibration principle is introduced,the pressure pulse selection basis is analyzed,the standard pressure monitoring system is forned,a more precise requirement is forward,and the quantity transfer method of the shock wave pressure measurement system with the foundation of quasi-static calibration principle is discussed.The experiment of the typical quasi-static shock pressure sensor calibration with the quasi-static calibration device is carried out,the sensitivity,linearity and repeatability of the seasor system are obtained.
