摘要 以黄花梨花粉为试验材料,研究了蓝墨水染色法、I2-KI染色法、无机酸法、FCR法、液体震荡培养法和琼胶法测花粉活力的差异性.结果表明,用上述六种方法测得的黄花梨花粉活力分别为81.53%、87.1%、83.9%、80.26%、72.25%和59.8%,其中I2-KI染色法测得的花粉活力最高为87.1%,琼胶法测得的花粉活力最低为59.8%,最高和最低值相差27.3%.并且对上述6种方法的优缺点进行了比较分析. With the Huanghua pear pollen as experimental materials, the thesis studied the differences in determining theviability by using the blue inkstaining, I2- kI staining, inorganic acid method, FCR method, Liquid concussion cultivatingmethod and agar - agar method. The results showed that the pollen activity rates of Huanghua pear were 81.53 %, 87.1%,72.25%, 80.26% and 59.8%. The pollen activity rates determined by using different methods were not the same. Thevariability of maximum pollen activity rate and minimum pollen activity rate was 27.3 %, the maximum pollen activity ratedetermined by using I2 - kI staining method 87.1%, and the minimum pollen activity rate determined by using agar - agar method59.8 % . The advantages and disadvantages of the six methods had been compared and analyzed too.
