液体敷料及造口粉治疗失禁相关性皮炎的效果观察

Effect of liquid dressings and ostomy powder treating incontinence associated dermatitis

目的：探讨液体敷料及造口粉用于失禁相关性皮炎的临床护理效果。方法：选择2013年5月~2015年6月在神经科住院患者中出现大小便失禁引起会阴部及肛周失禁性皮炎的78例患者,采用随机数字表法将患者随机等分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用氧疗联合造口粉及安普贴予以护理干预。观察两组患者的临床效果。结果：观察组患者治疗效果优于对照组,皮炎愈合时间短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：液体敷料及造口粉用于失禁相关性皮炎效果确切,有助于加快皮炎愈合时间,提高临床治疗效果。

Objective： To investigate the effect of clinical nursing liquid dressings and ostomy powder for incontinence associated dermatitis. Methods： May2013- June 2015 caused incontinence perineal and perianal dermatitis 78 cases of patients hospitalized patients in neurology,using random number table,patients will be randomly divided into control group and the observation group. The control group received routine care,observation group oxygen combined with the stoma powder and Algoplaque be nursing intervention. The clinical effects of two groups of patients. Results： The effect of the observation group than the control group patients,dermatitis healing time shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： liquid dressings and ostomy powder for incontinence associated dermatitis exact effect,help speed up the healing time dermatitis,improve clinical outcomes.
