PDCA护理对腹腔镜广泛子宫切除加盆腔淋巴结清扫术患者治疗认知度与情绪状态的影响研究

Effect of PDCA care of laparoscopic hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy treatment of cognitive and emotional state of the patient

目的：探讨PDCA护理对腹腔镜广泛子宫切除加盆腔淋巴结清扫术患者治疗认知度与情绪状态的影响。方法：选取本院2011年6月~2015年2月收治入院的54例行腹腔镜广泛子宫切除加淋巴结清扫术的患者作为研究对象,将其采用随机数字表法等分为试验组和对照组,试验组患者给予PDCA护理,对照组患者给予常规护理。比较两组患者护理前及护理后的治疗认知度与情绪状态。结果：试验组和对照组护理前的治疗认知度与情绪状态无明显差异,均P〉0.05,而护理后试验组治疗认知度高于对照组,均P〈0.05。试验组干预后抑郁、焦虑评分低于对照组。结论：PDCA护理对腹腔镜广泛子宫切除加盆腔淋巴结清扫术患者治疗认知度,缓解不良情绪状态,更有助于患者以较佳的状态接受治疗。

Objective： To investigate the effect PDCA care laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and pelvic treatment of cognitive and emotional state of patients with lymph node dissection. Methods： hospital June 2011- February 2015 treated patients hysterectomy lymphadenectomy 54 underwent laparoscopic admitted as a research object,which uses randomly divided into experimental and control groups the test group were treated with PDCA care of patients in the control group received routine care. Comparison of two groups of patients’ awareness and emotional state before treatment and after care. Results： The experimental group and control group awareness and emotional state care before no significant difference in all P 〉 0. 05,while the experimental group after treatment care awareness higher,all P 〈 0. 05. After the test,the intervention group,depression and anxiety scores than the control group. Conclusion： PDCA care of laparoscopic hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy patients’ awareness,relieve negative emotional state,and help the patient to a better state for treatment.
