系统母乳喂养知识教育对初产妇产后母乳喂养情况的影响

Effect of breastfeeding knowledge education system for the primipara postpartum breastfeeding

目的：探讨系统母乳喂养知识教育对初产妇产后母乳喂养情况的影响。方法：选择2011年1月~2013年9月我院收治的142例初产妇为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用产科常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予系统母乳喂养知识教育,分析两组母乳喂养知识知晓率及产后6周的喂养方式。结果：观察组母乳喂养知识知晓情况明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。产后6周观察组的母乳喂养率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对初产妇实施系统母乳喂养知识教育有助于促进产后乳汁分泌,提高母乳喂养率。

Objective： To investigate the effect of breastfeeding knowledge education system primipara postpartum breastfeeding situations. Methods： January2011- September 2013 in our hospital 142 cases of primipara for the study were randomly divided into control group and observation group and the control group received routine obstetric care,observation group was given on this basis breastfeeding education system knowledge,analysis and knowledge among groups of breastfeeding 6 weeks postpartum feeding patterns. Results： The study group was significantly higher on knowledge of breastfeeding（ P 〈 0. 05）. 6weeks postpartum breastfeeding rates in the observation group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：The implement of the system of primipare breastfeeding knowledge and education contribute to postpartum milk secretion,increase breastfeeding rates.
