摘要
目的:探讨开展"百日优质服务"活动的做法与效果。方法:通过加强护患沟通,坚持多渠道信息反馈,进一步建立风险防范机制,创新工作流程、模式,提供多元化护理和人文关怀。结果:百日优质服务的开展,改善护理质量,提高患者对护士满意度,促进患者对护士的理解和信任。结论:开展百日优质服务活动可以提高患者对护士的满意度,促进护患关系的和谐。
Objective: To investigate the practice and effect of " One Hundred Days of Quality Service" activity. Methods: By strengthening the nurse- patient communication,adhered to multi- channel information feedback,to further establish risk prevention mechanism,innovative workflow model,providing a wide range of care and humane care. Results: Carrying out " One Hundred Days of Quality Service" activity,improved the quality of care and patients’ satisfaction to nurses,and also facilitated patients’ understanding and trust to nurse. Conclusion: Carrying out " One Hundred Days of Quality Service" activity can improve patient satisfaction for nurses to promote harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
