目的:探讨五常法在内镜中心检查间应用效果,提高护理管理质量。方法:收集在内镜中心检查间试行五常法管理前后的相关资料,对其进行分析比较。结果:五常法规范了内镜中心检查间的管理,提高了科室工作效率,改善了工作环境。五常法实施后准备急诊物品、非常规物品和补充物品的时间均短于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:五常法是提高内镜中心检查间管理质量简便且有效的方法。

Objective： Discussion among the 5S of Practical Effect of endoscopic examination centers to improve the quality of nursing management. Methods：Endoscopy Center checks between trial management before and after the 5S of the relevant information and its analysis and comparison. Results： The 5S of the management specification Endoscopy Center checks between the departments to improve work efficiency and improve the working environment. After the implementation of the 5S prepare emergency items,unconventional materials and time supplementary items were shorter than before implementation（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The 5S of law is to improve the quality of management simple and effective method between endoscopic examination centers.
