皮肤入路眶隔脂肪转移治疗泪沟畸形临床分析

Clinical analysis of orbital fat reposition in the correction of tear trough deformity through percutaneous approach

目的探讨经皮肤入路眶隔脂肪转移矫正泪沟畸形的临床效果。方法 60例泪沟畸形患者行经皮肤入路眶隔脂肪转移矫正术。术后随访6个月,观察手术疗效及并发症发生情况。结果术后并发症发生率为20%,其中发生下睑不平整4例,复视2例,脂肪肉芽肿1例,损伤眶下神经2例,睑外翻1例,泪沟矫正不明显2例;术后疗效满意48例,基本满意4例,不满意8例。结论经皮肤入路眶隔脂肪转移治疗眶隔脂肪突出、泪沟明显且同时伴下睑皮肤松弛疗效确切。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of percutaneous fat reposition on correcting tear trough deformity. Methods Sixty patients with tear trough deformity underwent percutaneous orbital fat reposition. All patients were followed up for 6 months. The operation outcome and postoperative complications were observed. Results Of these 60 patients, postoperative complications occurred in 12 patients （20 %）, including unsmooth lower eyelid in 4, diplopia in 2, oleogranuloma in 1, orbital nerve injury in 2, lower lid ectropion in 1 and unsatisfied lacrimal sulcus correction in 2. The postoperative evaluation was excellent in 48 patients, basically satisfactory in 4, and not satisfactory in 8. Conclusion Percutaneous orbital fat reposition is effective for patients with lower eyelid fat prolapsed, tear trough deformity and skin relaxation.
