摘要 从社会各行业大背景下求职者如潮、创新人才与熟练技术工人同时匮乏的现象出发,强调了推进现代学徒制的重要意义,阐述了学生的双重性和育人的"双主体"性,在"双导师"模式下,通过工学交替和"二元耦合"课程体系,培养具有双知识型人才的内涵关系;对现代学徒制所涉及的要素进行了分析。 In view of the fact that there is a great number of job seekers in all social industries but at the same time there is a lack of innovative talents and skilled technical workers,the significance of promoting modern apprenticeship is emphasized.The duality of students," dual subjectivity"" of cultivation and connotation of dual knowledge-based talent cultivation under the mode of"double tutors" and through alternation of learning and working and" dual coupling" curriculum system are expounded,and factors related to modern apprenticeships are analyzed.
