摘要
心理资本是一种积极的心理状态,可以通过投入和开发获得竞争性优势。阐述了心理资本与创业教育的关系,在此基础上,运用心理资本干预,培养高职生创业意识、能力、行为,并跟踪服务,构建较为完善的创业教育模式。
Psychological capital is a positive state of mind and competitive advantage can be obtained through investment and development. This thesis expounds the relationship between the psychological capital and entrepreneurship education. On this basis, using psychological capital intervention can cultivate their awareness of higher vocational students, ability, behavior, and tracking service to build more perfect＇ model of entrepreneurship education.
