摘要 为提高兼并引物PCR的特异性和扩增效率,改进了兼并引物的设计,在兼并引物上加入接头序列,使其延长,并利用该方法成功获得了一个新的聚酮类合成酶的基因片段,表明抑制性PCR能够提高兼并引物扩增的效率及特异性. To enhance the specificity and efficiency of degenerate primer PCR,the design of degenerate primer was improved,adaptor sequences were added to the degenerate primer to prolong it.And a DNA fragment of a novel polyketide synthase gene was obtained by this method,which indicates that suppression PCR can be used to enhance the amplification efficiency and specificity of the degenerate primer.
