摘要
具有80多年历史的普拉提训练是一种独特有效的身体训练法,早已被国外体育、健身及舞蹈等领域普遍运用,目前,也逐渐引起引起国内重视。作为"国内首位推广菩拉提的人",运用了理论与教学实践相结合的方法,从普拉提的产生、发展入手,梳理了其与舞蹈的历史渊源;同时,全新视角分析了普拉提对练习者生理和心理训练方面产生的作用,从而阐述了普拉提在舞蹈教学中具有加强核心力量、提升本体感觉、提高运用意识能动性的能力等应用价值,旨在不断探索身体多元化的训练方式,研究提高舞蹈学生身体训练效率的科学理论与方法。
With a history of 80 years,Pilates training is a unique and effective physical training method. It has long been widely used in foreign sports,fitness,dance and other fields. It has gradually aroused domestic attention. By the method of combining theory with teaching practice,and starting from the emergence and development,the historical origin beween Pilates and dance is sorted out. From the new perspective of Pilates' s physiological and psychological training effect, Pilates helps to build core strength, improve proprioception, increase the ability of consciousness initiative in dance teaching. We should continuously explore diversified training methods,and study the scientific theory and method to improve the physical training efficiency.
