摘要
刻槽参数对刻槽式MEFP发散角及速度具有重要影响。基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件研究药型罩刻槽参数对刻槽式MEFP发散角及速度的影响。研究结果表明:在刻槽曲率半径相同的情况下,刻槽式MEFP的发散角随刻槽深度增加而增大,速度随刻槽深度的增加先减小后增大再减小;在药型罩顶端刻槽深度相同的情况下,刻槽式MEFP的发散角随刻槽曲率半径增加而增大,速度随曲率半径变化不大。模拟结果与实验结果基本一致。
The influence of groove parameter on the dispersion angle and velocity of groove type MEFP is significant. This paper studied the influence of liner' s groove parameter on the dispersion angle and velocity of groove type MEFP based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The results show that in the case of same groove curvature radius of groove type MEFP, the dis- persion angle increases with groove depth, the speed decreases first, then increases, and then decreases;same top groove depth of groove type MEFP, the dispersion angle increases with curvature radius, the speed changes little. The simulation results are consistent with experimental results.
