云南省农民工市民化成本测算及分担机制研究

推动云南城市化发展的重点、难点在于农民工市民化问题,解决农民工市民化问题的关键之一是解决好转型期的各种成本问题。云南农民工数量相对庞大,对云南农民工的成本测算和分担机制进行研究,显得非常重要。结合实地调查,采用数理实证的方法,分析了云南农民工市民化成本的特点,构建了云南省农民工市民化成本得模型,对云南省农民工市民化的私人成本和公共成本进行了具体细致的测算,提出云南省农民工市民化的成本分担机制和资金筹集渠道,为云南城市化有序推进提供科学依据。

The key and difficult point of promoting the development of urbanization in Yunnan is to solve the problem of migrant workers＇ citizenship, and the key to solve the problem of migrant workers＇ urbanization is to solve the various problems in the transition period. The number of migrant workers in Yunnan is relatively large, and it is very important to study the cost calculation and sharing mechanism of the migrant workers in Yunnan. This thesis is based on field survey, using mathematical methods, analyzing the characteristics of the cost of migrant workers in Yunnan Province, the cost of migrant workers in province, the private cost and public cost of migrant workers in Yunnan Province, and it puts forward the cost sharing mechanism and financing channels for Yunnan Province, to provide scien- tific basis for the orderly development of urbanization in Yunnan province.
