当前农科院校成人高等教育招生面临的形势及对策——以云南农业大学为例

Current Situation and Countermeasures for the Enrollment of Adult Higher Education in Agricultural Colleges:Example of Yunnan Agricultural University

农科院校成人高等教育在"三农"问题和新农村建设的人才培养中有着重要的地位和作用。然而,当前其招生面临着严峻的形势和困难。通过外部和内部影响农科院校成人高等教育招生因素的分析,从利用互联网提高招生宣传效率,建立长效激励机制,争取政策支持,改革传统函授教学模式等方面提出了加速农科院校成人高等教育招生改革的对策建议。

Adult higher education possesses key position and function in the issues concerning agricul- ture, countryside and farmers of agricultural colleges and talents training in the construction of new countryside. However, it has severe situation and difficulties. By means of analyzing external and in- ternal factors that effeeting adult higher education in agricultural colleges, this article offers suggestions of improving the reforms of adult higher education enrollment from the views of increasing the efficiency of internet enrollment, establishing long-term mechanism of encouragement, striving for policy support and changing the traditional correspondence teaching models.
