摘要 随着海洋油气资源开发的深水化和海洋工程船舶的大型化,船体结构的疲劳强度问题日益突出,尤其是月池角隅区域结构的疲劳问题,一直是业内关注的热点。论述了谱分析方法的基础理论,并以基于谱分析方法的疲劳强度评估流程为主线,对疲劳强度计算的完整过程作了较为详细的说明。以某深水多功能水下工程船为例,基于谱分析方法对目标船月池角隅区域船体结构进行了细化节点的疲劳强度分析,计算获得其疲劳累计损伤度和疲劳寿命值,并对于疲劳危险节点进行了结构优化。该研究为类似月池角隅区域船体结构的设计提供了可行的方法。 With the development of oil and gas industry in deepwater, offshore vessels became larger and larger. Fatigue problem of offshore vessels' structure had become more and more critical and special attention had been paid to the moonpool corner. The basic theory of spectrum analyses method was introduced in this article. A complete process of fatigue assessment based on spectrum analysis method was particular illuminated. The fatigue strength of moonpool corner structure of a multiple purposes vessel was assessed based on the spectrum analysis method. The values of fatigue damage at typical hot spots were obtained. Structure optimization at fatigue critical area was applied. This article provided a feasible method for the design of similar moonpool corner structure.
